Our condo is located in Bellingham’s revitalized waterfront district, just steps from Waypoint Park and the scenic waterfront. This area offers the perfect mix of walkability, coastal charm, and access to some of the city’s best local experiences. You’ll be within easy walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, and cafes. For craft beer lovers, the Kulshan Trackside Brewery is right around the corner, featuring an outdoor beer garden made from shipping containers, food trucks, and frequent live music. Just next to it is Bellingham’s popular pump track — great for kids, families, or anyone looking for some outdoor fun. The neighborhood is relaxed and pedestrian-friendly, with beautiful views of the marina and plenty of open space for walks, biking, or just soaking in the sunset. It’s the ideal home base for exploring the outdoors, visiting Western Washington University, or enjoying a weekend getaway.

Our condo is located in a highly walkable part of Bellingham’s waterfront district. Guests can easily explore nearby attractions on foot, including Waypoint Park, Kulshan Trackside Brewery, the pump track, and a variety of shops and restaurants along Granary Avenue. Downtown Bellingham—with dining and shopping—is a short walk from the condo. The historic Fairhaven district is a quick drive south. Rideshare services are readily available, and Bellingham Station (for Amtrak and regional buses) is close by. Free on-site parking is included with your stay, and the area offers great access to local bike paths and scenic walking routes near the waterfront.

I had a great stay in Sky’s condo. It has beautiful light and peekaboo views of the water. It is a great spot to walk to everything in downtown Bellingham and the WWU campus. The home is very well equipped and it was such a pleasure to cook meals here and relax. I enjoyed my stay and hope to stay again when I’m back in town. Highly recommend this place to stay!

What a gem of a find if you are looking to visit Bellingham! Just a 5-7 minute walk to the quaint downtown area where great restaurants are located. Located next to the waterfront but also with a view of The Portal - Bellingham's Container Village, which made for fun people watching. This corner unit in a quiet building was the perfect getaway for a girls' weekend. The unit is impeccably furnished and decorated, and the hosts provided everything we needed (and more) for our stay. My favorite was the remote-controlled blackout blinds in the bedroom. Everything was absolutely top notch. I am looking forward to returning again in the future.

Beautiful space, modern and sparkling in every way! The attention to detail from quality of linens to well equipped kitchen is exceptional in every way. And we really appreciated the clear and daily communication-not intrusive-but rather eager to make sure all was in order for our stay and help was available, if needed. We have stayed in many, many places all over the world and this is an example of the quality and caring one hopes for when visiting a new place. Kudos to you!!

I have worked with some great hotel companies, including the Four Seasons. This condo felt like a suite, from its amenities, cleanliness, technology and comfort. So comfortable and beautifully decorated, and so close to wonderful restaurants, waterfront trails and WWU (which is why we were there). On top of this, Sky and Julie provided such clear instructions and were so responsive. The condo has some really cool technology, so the instructions were appreciated! We typically stay at hotels when we visit Bellingham, but I know where we will be staying when we visit from now on!
